DS Anwar I , The next prime minister of malaysia??? . I remembered a statement from Tun Dr. M on that few days ago. He said, "Anwar will never become PM, If he does, I'll migrate from malaysia". mmmm..... no comments....
"Self proclaimed prime minister in waiting" , thats how malaysiakini refers DSAI in its reports. What is DSAI's real motive? Can i say "only god knows"...
Whatever it is, he made is point clear "I WANT TO BE THE PM OF MALAYSIA" . Let me rephrase it " RAKYAT MALAYSIA, I PROMISE YOU A NEW MALAYSIA 'IF' I BECOME THE NEXT PM".
Is DSAI the only guy in PR who can deliver this "New Malaysia" ? He was once the NO.1 enemy of DAP and PAS, and now......... :) . They united under him and gave him the mandate to lead them. ( atleast thats what i thought).
So, with that DSAI "walked". The wife resigned to give him way to 'walk' further. And who expected on the eve of his nomination day, PAS president said "LET HM WIN 1ST, THEN WE'LL SEE" . Can we assume, he is not confident that DSAI will win Permatang Pauh parliament seat, or The PAS No.1 has diff plans.
Despite being repeatedly quizzed by reporters, PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang refused to state if PAS would endorse Anwar - a self proclaimed prime minister-in-waiting - for the nation's top job. "Wait for him to win first and see if there are changes in Parliament. After that we will discuss . We will see who is acceptable to the plural society," said Hadi, in reference to the Aug 26 Permatang Pauh by-election which Anwar will be contesting. -

Pn Rusnita Abu Hassan.
- For using Racial Slurs on the students and their families and community. ( i am sure by now everyone knows what the words are)
- The teacher had written the words on the board and lost her cool when the Indian students in the class told her that they did not like being called names.
- Had also purportedly beaten up some Indians students.
FEEDBACK FROM MINISTRY OF EDUCATION
The allegations were serious as no one was allowed to insult others, especially in a school environment. The schoolteacher might be sacked if the allegations proved true.
Ini jelas melanggar code of ethics seorang guru. Jadi apakah hukumannya?
In a statement, coalition secretary Gunaraj George said the teacher, who has since been transferred from SMK Telok Panglima Garang, had not only bullied the students but also sullied the entire Indian community with her verbal tirade.
"Given this, shouldn't the education minister say something about the entire episode which has not only traumatised the students but also deeply hurt the feelings of the Indian community at large?'' he asked.

Malaysiakini reported today that an outspoken deputy minister, S.K. Devamany has called for the sacking of a female History teacher who allegedly hurled racial slurs and other abuses at her Indian students in her school at Banting, Selangor.
“The teacher must be reprimanded by giving her a sack, to send a message that this behaviour is not tolerable,” said Devamany, Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department.

( as far as i know).
Tapi kenapa hanya MIC? Ini jelas melanggar code of ethics seorang guru. Jadi apakah hukumannya? Post link -Is it that simple? well why not?

MIC Youth Educatin Bureau Chief MR.Saravanan submitted letter to Education Dept to get her sacked.

Mr S. Murugesan (Assistant Coordinator Pemuda MIC and MIC CWC member)
di blog post - Don't Sweep it Under the Carpet - Punish Her!
I heard of the first issue a few days before it was exposed in the media. The newly appointed MIC Youth Education Bureau Chairman, Mr. M. Saravanan (not the Deputy Minister YB DatoSaravanan) brought to my attention the concerns of some parents from SM Teluk PanglimaGarang about a certain teacher who had repeatedly scolded students with racist remarks and used harsh punishment methods.
Saravanan was given a free hand to handle the issue. After discussing with the parents, he brought NTV7 together with other members of the media that cared to come to the school. I believe some NGOs were also involved.
As I write, the MIC Youth Education Bureau will be calling for a press conference together with the parents and the PIBG representatives to demand that disciplinary action be taken against the teacher. Hopefully, the non-Tamil media will also carry the story
UPDATE
Mr. M.Saravanan ( MIC Youth Education Bureau) will be meeting the Minister of Education YB Dato Seri Hishamuddin personally to convey the people's dissatisfaction and present a memorandum pressing for harsher punishment.
UPDATE
MIC president S Samy Vellu
Malaysiakini News :Samy: Take severe action against 'racist' teacher
In a statement today, MIC president S Samy Vellu said the party and the Indian community would not accept the teacher to be let off the hook with "a light sentence."
He questioned the decision by the ministry, saying that he regarded the move to transfer her to a smart school as "a form of appreciation. "Samy Vellu said he would write to Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi to express the party's displeasure over the ministry's lack of stern action against the teacher.
UPDATEMIC Youth Legal Aid Bureau welcomes and support the decision of the parents to file a legal suit against the teacher of the Banting school. The punishment of transfer metted out by the education ministry is most lenient and insufficient. The Legal Aid Bureau advises the parents to consider also pursuing the criminal action on the police reports made.We hope this action will be a deterent to teachers of similar nature in future which cannot be condoned in a multi racial countryR.ThayakuganChairmanMIC National Youth legal Aid Bureau
Salam merdeka,
(MIC Youth bureau: 'Racist' teacher deserves sterner lesson)
Ini jelas melanggar code of ethics seorang guru. Jadi apakah hukumannya?
Is it that simple? well why not?
The teacher had since been transferred to another school in the same district, but the bureau argued that this was not a form of punishment at all.
In a statement, bureau chief M Saravanan expressed dissatisfaction with the Education Ministry regarding this matter.
"This is an issue which touches on racial sentiments. It does not involve an individual but refers to a large number of Indian students.
"The teacher's apology to the students and parents involved is not the best solution and does not diminish the gravity of her action," he said.
"Transferring (to another school) is not a form of punishment or harsh (enough) punishment for a teacher who crossed the boundaries," - MR M.Saravanan (Pemuda MIC)

The 35-year-old history teacher from SM Telok Panglima Garang was not only transferred to a smart school but to one located nearer her house.
To add insult to injury, no disciplinary action was taken against her.
It is understood that her letter of transfer stated that she was being transferred due to concerns for her security and not because she had committed an offence.

Here is a teacher who has been emtrusted to educate and nurture our children to be good citizens. She is not an ordinary lady, sorry, women that we bumped into at the pasar malam and shouted racial abuses at us. She is a teacher. A role model. Paid salary with the tax-payers money. Our money.
On the same issue, another cause for concern is the deafening silence by our malay brothers both from BN and BR. We could have sent a clear signal that we are moving away from racial politics if any of our malay brothers had stood up and said what she did was wrong. As simple as that. Please tell me if there had been any such statement as i could have missed it. - Mr. S. Murugesan (MIC CWC Member)
